TERMS AND CONDITIONS

♥ Items are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. 


♥ Reservations are allowed for 24 hours. Failure to receive payment in 24 hours will result in the item being released to the next interested buyer unless prior arrangements have been made. Do note that enquiring about an item does not equal reserving the item. The first priority goes to those who submitted a completed order form. 


♥ Prices are fixed and non-negotiable. 


♥ Payment is through MAYBANK. 


♥ Items sold are brand new. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. Sorry.  


♥ Buyers are to bear all postage costs unless stated otherwise. We use POSLAJU (RM6 WM, RM9 EM) or POSDAFTAR (RM4 WM, RM6 WM) 


♥ We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipment during the posting process. Tracking numbers will be provided for you to track your items. 


 ♥ Postage is usually carried out on Saturdays only. 


 ♥ The colour of the items may differ slightly due to the difference in lighting/computer settings. 


 ♥ No backouts once the order is confirmed. (Submission of order form/email order). We will publish details of backout buyers.  


♥ For preorders, full payment is required before order is placed. This is to avoid backouts after we placed the order. Full refunds will be given should the item be unavailable.

 ♥All emails will be replied within 48 hours. Do contact us again should you not receive a response within 48 hours. 


♥ Sold items will be deleted to facilitate easier viewing. Do let us know if you need any pictures.
